Normally, in the UAE it takes about 2 days for an item to be delivered. International shipping can

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not normally offer refunds or exchanges on earrings. However, if the
earrings are faulty, we will replace them for you.
Our jewelry is made of 9k yellow gold, produced in Europe and ethically sourced and in a sustainable
factory.
We only offer the use of numbers, letters, and punctuation at the moment, but we are working on
developing more engraving options for you.
